We now deliver to Latvia and Estonia

What's new
Until now we only shipped within Lithuania. KucherClouds now delivers to Latvia and Estonia as well — to the same Venipak parcel lockers, with the same pickup code and the same tracking.
📦 Where exactly we deliver
Venipak is the same carrier as before; we have simply opened up its whole network. The lockers are not only in the capitals:
- Latvia — 270 lockers across 98 towns. Most of them in Riga, but also in Daugavpils, Liepāja, Jelgava, Ventspils and Jūrmala.
- Estonia — 244 lockers across 107 towns: Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Narva, Kohtla-Järve, Viljandi and beyond.
- Lithuania — unchanged, 457 lockers.
The list loads right at checkout, and you can search it by town, street or postcode.
💶 What delivery costs
- Within Lithuania — €5, free on orders over €50. Nothing has changed here.
- To Latvia and Estonia — €10, with no free delivery.
To be straight with you about why: a parcel across the border costs us more, and free delivery over €50 was meant for Lithuania. So outside Lithuania the price is the same for everyone — it does not depend on the order total or on your loyalty tier.
🛒 How to order
There is nothing new to learn; checkout simply has one extra step:
- In your cart, press Checkout.
- Under "Delivery", pick Venipak, then the country — Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia.
- Find your locker in the list and select it.
- Enter your phone number: the pickup code goes there.
The delivery cost in the summary on the right updates the moment you change the country, so you see the total before you confirm the order.
❓ Common questions
How long does the parcel take?
We dispatch orders every business day. Cross-border delivery takes a day or two longer than within Lithuania.
How will I know the parcel has arrived?
The same way as before: an SMS or an email with the code. When we dispatch your order, you also get an email with the parcel number and a tracking link.
How long is the parcel kept in the locker?
Up to 7 days. If you cannot collect it in time, write to support@kucherclouds.com and we will contact the carrier.
Can I pay on delivery?
No, orders are paid by bank transfer. The details appear on the order page right after checkout.
What about returns?
The same rules as before: for defects, write to support and we will sort it out individually.
