TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("You"), and KucherClouds, concerning your access to and use of the Kucherclouds.com website, as well as any other form of media, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related thereto (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. All prices are in euros, and we reserve the right to change prices. Payments may be made by cash on delivery, bank transfer, or credit card online.
SHIPPING, WARRANTIES, AND RETURNS
We are not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses and lost shipments. Quality claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

The delivery company may request documents confirming your age.
